My initial meeting with Beau to evaluate several problems I was having was professional, timely, and thorough. He took his time, evaluating all aspects of the job, and found solutions to some very difficult concerns I had. He followed up very quickly with a detailed line item report and we scheduled to begin the job. We scheduled for an all-day job, and both workers, Bob and Jay arrived promptly on time. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. I had a new panel put on our house and they troubleshot and fixed everything I asked for, including taking some time to go above and beyond and address some additional lighting and heating (electrical baseboard) issues.
